2010 BOMA National Pinnacle Award for Innovation

Pinnacle_Award_LogoRiskCheck Inc. is very proud to announce that they have been awarded the 2010 National BOMA Pinnacle Award for Innovation for their GreenCheck program. Karen O’Connor Executive Vice-President and Tony Pringle, GreenCheck Sustainability Coordinator, received the
award at the BOMA Canada National Conference and Exposition Awards Gala on September 16th 2010.

Pinnacle_statueOn April 22nd 2010, RiskCheck was awarded the BOMA Toronto Pinnacle Award for Innovation at the BOMA Toronto Celebrating Excellence honorary dinner. RiskCheck received this award for their new, sustainability based program called GreenCheck.

Having now won the BOMA Toronto award for innovation, RiskCheck will now compete for the national innovation award.

2003 BOMA Calgary

bomacalgaryRiskCheck H&S, our health and safety division, jointly with GWL Realty Advisors Inc. (GWLRA), received the BOMA Calgary Innovation Award for 2003 for their Internet-enabled Health & Safety Risk Management System.

This award is aimed at individuals or companies who have developed a uniquely beneficial product or service for the commercial real estate market, have found better ways to specify customer needs, or are doing something ingenious to keep their customers happy.

2003 Business Achievement Award

rhccOur environmental division RiskCheck Environmental, formerly Environmental Auditors (Canada) Ltd. (EACL) received the 2003 Business Achievement Award from the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce. This was presented in recognition of their environmental consulting achievements, marketing innovation, and community relations.

The Chamber of Commerce describes the award as “Excellence is the only qualification. The achievements recognized in honouring these companies can include sales growth, increased employment, product innovation, technological advancements and general entrepreneurial skill. We expect nominees to be good corporate citizens and the judges will also consider accomplishments in areas such as solvency, profitability, environmental responsibility and sound employee relations. The Business Achievement Awards are not judged by specific category – simply the best 6 nominations are selected.”
