Dear Valued Clients and Colleagues,

These are certainly strange and unprecedented times. As we try to adapt to a situation we have never encountered before, and with really no previous experience that we can refer back to or use as a guideline, we first and foremost want to let you all know that we’re in this together.

We’re doing everything we can to support our employees and our clients at this time, as well as doing our part to flatten the curve. We have followed government guidelines closely, and enacted our business continuity and pandemic plan, allowing all workers the option of working from home, effective March 16th, 2020. Based on updated guidelines, we will be closing our Head Office in Toronto as of end of business on March 24, moving to 100% work from home.

We are still offering clients uninterrupted service in all areas of our business, and our Engineers and Canadian Safety Professional teams are available as a resource during this difficult time. A reminder that the RiskCheck system is accessible online, 24/7, and continues to track and monitor property compliance. We are here to support you in managing your compliance and achieving compliance goals, so that we’re all ready to work now, and/or when things get back to normal.

We urge you to visit reputable sources for information and updates regarding the developing COVID-19 situation, as others can be misleading, out of date or downright incorrect; Government of Canada and/or the World Health Organization websites are our top resources.
